Channel Islands Yellows

Some pics from yesterday. I finally found something to catch other than halibut, although the 40#+ fish that some guys have been getting eluded me.

Salas 6X Yellow

Even though they were biting the jig, I fished the dropper loop in honor of B Hara. There were a lot of fish around, one bird school was easily 300 yards across. The best part was being the only boat in the area.
